For all shipments to Canada the customer is responsible for any additional duties, taxes, or brokers fees incurred to import these products out of the USA.

Discounted Shipping Rates to ALASKA and HAWAII:

Shipping to Hawaii or Alaska will incur additional shipping charges. Please feel free to place your order. Veada will calculate your shipping charges once we receive your order. We will then contact you for approval on your actual shipping quote, prior to processing your payment and order.

Your order is shipped standard ground UPS or FedEx, if it is a smaller product (fishing seats, helm seats, etc.), or via freight if it is a larger product (pontoon seats, boat seat groups, etc.).



Accessories and cut goods are typically processed within 5-7 days of receipt of order. If part of a custom order, these items will ship together with that order.

Customer Service and Returns

We can only receive returns for a manufacturer's defect or because of damage during shipping. In the event of a manufacturer's defect or shipping damage, we will replace the product at no additional charge.

In the event of damage during shipping or manufacturer's defect please note the damage on your Delivery Receipt when you receive your product, take a picture of the damage and contact Veada within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your products.
