Joe R. of Fort Walton Beach, Florida says:

"Greetings, The seats I ordered/received so far are great, far beyond what I expected!!! Long Story...... I am restoring a 40' 1988 360 Commodore Regal. So far the project has taken about 1 1/2 years. I had to gut the entire boat from engines/transmissions to the kitchen sink and everything in between. I have finished the below cabin and I am in the process of working on the top deck. To begin the top deck seating, I ordered/received (2) 36" "Freedom" seats for the driver seat and passenger seat. In order for the passenger and driver to see over the dash and bow, I had to raise both seats off the deck floor. I built frames to raise the seats to the correct height level and then bolt the seats to the frames. For the back portion of the main floor deck where the majority of people will be sitting I wanted to have a "classy"/"expensive" look so I ordered/received 1 "Flagship" corner seat to start with. Once I install the corner seat, I will be able to measure the remaining deck area and order the appropriate seat sizes. For the seating........ My plan was to save some money by ordering the cheaper priced Freedom seats for the driver/passenger and ordering the top of the line Flagship seats for the main area where the majority of people will sit and spend most of their time. As I mentioned, I have already received 1 Flagship corner seat so I am kind of forced to have to finish the main deck using the Flagship version to keep continuity. It's not that big of deal because the Flagship version is fantastic, built very well and will add a very classy and expensive look to the main deck. However, after seeing how good the Freedom seats are made, I wish I would have planned to use the Freedom version for the entire boat and saved even more $$. Bottom line.... I am extremely happy with both the Freedom and Flagship seats. The color pattern I picked was Puma(tan)/French Vanilla/Puma(tan) and it looks better than what I expected. Both versions of seats are built very well and are very comfortable I will finish bolting the driver seat frame and passenger seat frame to the deck floor this weekend and installing the corner seat next weekend, then measuring from the corner seat, I know what size seats I need to order for reaming main deck. I will be happy to send before and after picture in the next several months when I finish GREAT SEATS!"
