Your customer service was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. We have not used the reclining helm seat yet as the pontoon is out of the water at this time. It looks good and we are pleased with it.
I am really pleased with the seats that you built for me, but I have a question. The helm chair came with a plastic panel that appears to be part of the bottom of the chair. Except it does not fit the bottom of the chair you sent me, consequently I have had to install the seat without the cover which would definitely enhance the appearance, did you send me the wrong one? [The bottom seat panel is included with the 600 Series Helm Seats. It fits very snugly to create a tight water seal]

The driver for FedEx could not have been more accommodating or pleasant. The shipment arrived after 5 pm and was unloaded exactly where we wanted it.
