1000 Series Reclining Helm Seat with Self-Leveling Arms

I had surgery on my neck a couple of years ago and since then, I have not been able to hold my neck up for more than a few hours without having to recline and rest it. Since the surgery, I have not been able to go an an annual fishing trip that I have done for years. This trip is unique in that we push out old fishing boats over ice in the river and fish sturgeon and walleyes. Last year, I eyed your HS600A reclining helm seat and thought that if my neck isn't better this year, that I would buy it to put in my bass boat so that I could stay out fishing a little longer. I ordered the color samples which arrived in just a few days and picked out the colors that matched my bass boat.

A few weeks ago, I decided that if I was going to buy it, I should just buy it now and try to fit it in the old boat and maybe make the river trip this year. Unfortunately I waited too long as the trip was less than 2 weeks away. When I placed the order, your customer service organization said that they could not get it to me in time, but when I offered to pay a premium they said they could. I placed the order on March 8th and instructed them that I needed the seat by the 18th. I didn't even think that the group was leaving at 5:00 am on the 18th, so if I was to go, it would have actually had to be here on the 17th. I had already pretty much decided that I wouldn't be able to go because the seat wouldn't be here in time, but when I tracked it, I was able to pick it up from the FX terminal on the morning of the 17th.

The seat looks great and will match my bass seats perfectly, but more importantly because of your excellent customer service and great product, I was able to go on a fishing trip with my son and father-in-law (3 generations), that was just a pipe dream a few weeks ago.
I am sending a couple of pictures so that 1) you can see what your seat looks like in an old fishing boat and 2) so you can see the smile on my son's face by making this trip.

Thank you for your great captains chair. The captains seat I purchased you was a great fit to my boat. Very comfortable. Another boat owner stopped by to check it out and is now ordering a chair from Veada right now as we speak. I am sure as time goes by, more people will be ordering these chairs from you. Just a note; The arm rest on the chair could go up an inch or two for better comfort and stability in rough weather. But that's just my opinion. The chair is definitely a must have.
