So far very good. This is my second boat that I have used them in and they are great quality and a good price.
A couple of comments. I am using the seat on a ski bot and they are bolting to Garelick and Springfiled Pedestals and the bolt pattern does not match up. Not sure if there are different standards/how the pattern was established but that makes it somewhat of a pain. [Veada Centric Seats have a 5x5" or 5x8" bolt pattern on the bottom. They will fit pedestals with this bolt pattern without modification] The other thing that would be great is if you had covers available.

I'm extremely happy with my purchase. First I will tell you the one thing I was not happy with. I understand the shipping was free, but to be honest with you when my packages arrived I was scared out my mind!! The packages were damaged on the outside. The boxes looked like they went threw a hurricane. The carpet came folded up into a ball in a box and I had to let it sit unfolded for 3 days to get all the wrinkles out before I could install it. Now the seats however were wrapped up nicely in bubble wrap and its a good thing because like I said the boxes they were shipped in were severely damaged. All in all I guess the shipping was fine this time because nothing was damaged.
Now onto the good stuff. I started my boat remodel in September 2009. I found a boat a guy was giving away for free and he just needed someone to get it out of his yard. It is a 1978 17ft. fiberglass Lund Bowrider. The interior was shot completely from bow to stern and down threw the stringers. I replaced the stringers and the floor and started shopping for carpet and seats. I couldn't tell you how long I searched for the best value and best quality. The Veada website did not come up in my searches right away the first couple days I started searching for seats and carpet. I didn't get to Veada website until I started searching for Centric seats (Google searches). After I looked at some pics and read a few customer reviews I decided Veada was the way I wanted to go in my rebuild with no doubt whatsoever. The prices were also low in comparison to places like Bass Pro Shop and Cabela's. So I ordered 4 fishing seats and 6 yards of carpet. I installed everything myself and the job is 90% complete.
I couldn't be happier!!! It looks amazing. It looks like a brand new boat just rolled off the showroom floor. I will recommend Veada to everyone I know. I have attached some before and after pics. If you like feel free to use any pictures I send on your website.
Thank you Veada for making such a nice product that is affordable for the financially challenged. Don't change a thing!!

Gentlemen of the Veada Team, I am very happy with my Veada centric fishing seats. I suspect that I will buy more fishing seats as the years go by. The Veada hi-back bass boat fishing seats are great, although they seem just a wee bit hard after a few hours of fishing. A premium super-duty deluxe bass boat seat model at 50% more cost might be well received by older fishermen, of which there is a no shortage.
Due to lightweight materials of the bass fishing seat, I lost one this year on the highway as the wind caught it and pulled it out of the post. It got trashed on the road surface. The old bass fishing seats that it replaced were too heavy to ever do that. A note of caution to new owners might be worthwhile.

I purchased two pedestal centric fishing seats from you on-line. I requested several color samples and received them in a very timely manner. The purchase process was extremely easy. When the seats arrived, the colors matched my original factory bass seats exactly and the quality of the fishing seats are excellent. We are greatly pleased with the Veada fishing seats we recently purchased. The quality is excellent. The design is superb. One small problem: It would have been nice to have had the required screws supplied with the seat. Even a statement on your website indicating that mounting screws were not supplied would have saved me a trip to town. An installation instruction sheet on your web site defining the screw size needed would have been helpful as well. As it was, after unpacking my new seats and discovering the lack of mounting hardware, I ended up rushing to town to bring one of the seats to the local hardware just before closing store to get the right size screws so that I could get on the water the same day with my new seats. Although it was a hassle, this small hardware detail is not enough to make us dissatisfied with our purchase. We plan to by more of these seats in the future for other boats we own.

| Ok, so here are a few pictures of the seats in the car. Like I said, it's a work in progress. :) My husband put seat slides and swivels on them, so that's why they look turned out toward the outside of the car. The car has suicide doors. (or will when they're on there!) :) He had to take the back seat apart so that he could cut the wood to slide over the frame, so we had a little bit of leg room in the back seat. Hopefully it will turn out as cool as I think it's going to! :) The baby car is our little guys stroller. :) Thanks again for the seats! They look great! |
