We like our new boat seats and arm rests that we bought. Everything went well on the receiving end. A flaw in the process was the fit of the hinged seat section to the base. Both of the seats have a big gaping crack between the seat and the base sides. The hinge side of the crack is close to 1/2 inch or more. The front/opening side lays flush with the base. I think you can get away with this when the buyer opts to put armrests on both sides of the seat. We opted not to keep enough room to move around. Otherwise we like the seats and service.
I wanted to follow up on a statement I made in my assessment regarding my transaction with Veada Industries. I stated that the pull straps attached to our boat seats didn't match and that was true. However, in corresponding with Jon at Veada, he explained to me the reason they used the color they did, as well as offered to send some that would better match my boat seats at no extra cost to me so with that being said, I want to say how VERY pleased my husband and I were with our purchase from Veada and that their customer service is tops! Kathy was so helpful in sending me material samples when I began my search and they followed up with periodic emails letting me know they were there to help. They also sent email notification as soon as our seats were ready to ship and let us know someone would contact us to arrange the best way to handle the delivery. They did the very same day and were right on time and very personable AND professional. Our entire experience with Veada was more than we could have expected and, unlike a lot of companies in this day and age, these people are most reputable, decent people who genuinely care that their customers are happy with their purchase. In my opinion, you won' find a better price or better customer service ANYWHERE so what are you waiting for? Thanks Veada and God Bless your company and your family in the future.

"I was asked to send bigger pictures as well as ones showing how we notched the boat seats to make them fit in our Hurricane 196 deck boat. Following this email will be ones containing the pictures. Once again thank you so much for making our boat look great and for having the best customer service I have ever dealt with."
