Hi folks! Back to back boat eats arrived in good condition. I was not expecting all the additional charges levied by Canadian Customs and was not impressed, but that really isn't your fault. I am impressed with the quality of the boat seats and was pleased that the color was exactly what I had expected. Overall a very good experience and I would certainly recommend you to others.
I recently purchased a back to back lounge seat for my boat. While there was a slight delay in delivery once it arrived I could not be happier with the construction and overall appearance of the seat. I do have one comment and that would be some installation instructions. I know that every boat is different, but some simple instructions on how to mount the leg rests, and ideas on how to mount the seat to the frame would help. Presently I am still trying to devise a plan on how I will mount the seats. It is kind of the chicken or the egg thing. If I mount the pads to the frame 1st I have no room to work when I install the base. Visa/versa the other way around. If you have any ideas I am open to them. Thanks.
[Veada note: For installation, it may work best to place your base in place (without seat cushions attached) and pre-drill your mounting holes. You can then remove the base and install the cushions elsewhere. When they’re ready to mount, line up your pre-drilled holes and tighten the seat via the storage access on the side. It may be tight going through the storage access, but may work with a ratchet.]
