"This is just a note to tell you how utterly pleased we are with our new boat seats. They arrived just as you said they would—in perfect condition, finely finished and they are beautiful.
The driver for FedEx could not have been more accommodating or pleasant. The shipment arrived after 5 pm and was unloaded exactly where we wanted it. The following morning, we unpacked the pieces and with the help of some friends placed them on the boat. The whole operation took less than two hours including disposing of the packing materials.
