Well I asked for Marine Upholstery on this order and you say you sent Marine Upholstery, but looking at the backing on this material it don't appear to be Marine Quality. The backing has a felt look to it and most Marine Upholstery I have seen has a tight plastic fiber look to the backing. However.....what ever the case, I will use it anyway as I don't have time to discuss it and certainly don't have time to return it. Thank you.
[Veada Note: There are 2 different styles of marine vinyl used in the boating industry – one is a fuzzy backed style called Non-Woven and another is a knit backed style called Expanded. Your marine upholstery products have worked out great. I had our boat seats in a local shop to be reupholsterd but the man never got the work done, 10 months later it was getting late in the spring we wanted to be boating and I couldn't rely on his word so I took the seats back and did the work myself. With your product I was able to reupholster my boat seats myself for less than half what it would have cost me to have it done by the shop. And we all feel quality of materials and of the workmanship is superior as well.

I am very please with the boat lounge seats and boat upholstery that I purchased. The restoration is coming along very nicely and I hope to complete it soon. I will send a few pictures once it is completed. The attached photos are just of the new parts laid in place for fitting only and are now removed so I can wash and wax the boat before installing the carpet and interior. This my first time upholstering and I think it will turn out fine / not as good as a professional but ok for me. Thanks.

I have been waiting to send a response so I could take a picture of my project ( I will still try to send). I have been a little busy and when not busy I forget. I did want to respond and say thanks, all went well. Your web site was easy to find and easy to use and delivery was prompt. I used your marine vinyl to make a go-cart seat for the kids. I am not an upholsterer so I had one little hick-up. I made a notch in the top of the seat and could not pull the vinyl tight enough to stretch it to the back of the plywood. I made it to the edge and it looks OK but, not sure how long it will last. It was hard finding a fabric store in Houston that had the vinyl and the upholsterer did not want to sell direct to me. I was impressed with the quality.

The vinyl that I used on my boat has turned out great . It has made my boat look like a brand new boat that just came out of the factory . I recovered all of the seat cushions and trim with Hartford Sand vinyl and I just love the new look.
The vinyl appears to be very durable, I am looking forward to many years of use of my brand new boat with the new seats.
