Ordering Boat Seats

I'm thinking about restoring my pontoon or boat. Where do I start?

You've come to the right place! Most times restoring your pontoon or boat is easier than you think. With a little work, your boat will be like new! First take note of the available space on your boat. New boat seat dimensions will likely vary slightly from your existing ponton boat seats. Instead of matching dimensions exactly, think overall space available.

When determining dimensions for pontoon boat seats, first note if you have square or rounded corners on your boat. Next you need to take three measurements, in inches:

• (A) Left to right (port to starboard) across the back
• (B) Back to center gate (stern to center gate)
• (C) Center gate to front (center gate to bow)

Can I get custom colored boat seats?

Yes! Veada builds OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) boat seats for many of the top 10 boat companies. We build your pontoon boat seats to order, based on your color selection, at our factory in Indiana. Approximately 20 colors are listed online, with additional colors available upon request. At this time, we can not use customer supplied marine vinyl, but are happy to match from over 100 in-house marine vinyl colors!

Will my colors match the website colors? Can you mail samples?

Computer colors have been created as accurately as possible. However, colors on your screen will vary from computer to computer based on different settings. Since your boat seats are built to order, we are more than happy to mail FREE marine vinyl, welt cord piping, hiden welt trim, marine carpet and bimini top samples. Simply fill out your request at our sample request page. Samples are sent daily via US Mail.

Can I get stock seats quicker than custom boat seats?

Most of our boat seats are built to order. Stock boat seats can be found on our Clearance Boat Seat Page and typically leave our facility within 2-3 business days.

Can I have seats made with custom dimensions?

We are unable to do custom pontoon furniture dimensions at this time. Our system is driven around a production cycle to ensure quality and a finished product exceeding expectations.

Can I change my colors or seat selection after ordering?

We begin processing orders the following business day. Please notify us immediately of any color or seat selection change to ensure uninterrupted production and avoid the 5% cutting fee if your order has been cut. Please contact us if you have questions.

How long will it take for my custom boat seats to arrive?

We build boat seats to order based on your color selection. Typical time from order date to ship date is 2 weeks. During the busy season (March - July), this time may fluctuate and will be noted on the product pages. After shipping, standard transit is 2-5 business days to the lower 48 states.

What happens after I order?

We want to keep you up-to-date! Veada has built in 5 points of contact to keep you in the loop on your custom boat furniture order. Please note that these are approximations. Lead times will vary during the busy season (March - July).

1. Day 1 - Order confirmation emailed
2. Day 2 - Email notification stating order has been charged and is in process
3. Day 2-5 - Email notification of an estimated ship date
4. Day 14 - Approximate date of shipping. Tracking number and carrier emailed
5. Day 15+ - If shipped via freight to a residence, our shipping carrier will call you to set up a delivery appointment before delivery
