Will my order ship via ground or freight?

Most single pontoon seats and pontoon benches ship freight via semi. Most single helm seats, fishing boat seats, and smaller items ship ground via parcel service. Orders with grouped items may vary.

Will I need to be home to receive my ground shipment?

We do not typically require a signature on grounds shipments of boat seats. You do not need to be home for delivery.

Will I need to be home to receive my freight shipment?

Most boat furniture freight shipments are sent residentially and require someone to help the driver unload the shipment and sign / check for damage. Our freight carrier will call before delivery and can give a day (half day in some cases) window for delivery. If you are not able to be home, before you order, consider shipping to a neighbor or a place of business.

What do I do if I have shipping damage?

If you receive shipping damage, note any damage on the Bill of Lading when you sign, receive the package and notify Veada within 48 hours at 877-311-4077 or email us.

Can I return my custom boat seats or cut goods?

As our boat seats are built to order, we can only receive returns for a manufacturer's defect or because of damage during shipping.

If I don't like my color, can I return my custom boat seats?

As our pontoon boat seats are built to order, we can only receive returns for a manufacturer's defect or because of damage during shipping. We are always happy to send free color samples of marine vinyl. To order free samples, head over to the sample request page.

Can I return my accessory items?

Accessory items may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a product refund less a 15% restocking fee. Buyer assumes return shipping costs. Please contact Veada at 877-311-4077 or email us before returning any products.
